Alexander Gaievskiy

Alexander Gaievskiy has been the Executive Director of VR Management since 2021, with over 20 years of experience in the mining and metallurgical industries.

Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Ukraine’s largest mining and metallurgical holding company, where he was responsible for managing investment activities and improving operational efficiency. He successfully oversaw the execution of CAPEX projects totaling $150 million.

Alexander currently serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board for Karatau and Chulaktau Mining and Processing Complex LLP, and as Chairman of the Operations Committee at Novodzhambul Phosphorus Plant LLP.

He graduated with honors from Krivoy Rog National University with a master’s degree.
