Rustem Ospanov

Rustem Ospanov is a co-founder of VR Management LLP. He has structured and executed numerous transactions for acquiring major mining assets, organized IPOs, and raised both debt and equity financing for projects.

Throughout his career, Rustem has held leadership positions in RCG’s portfolio mining companies, guiding them through key phases, including geological exploration, construction, production, and processing.

He currently serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Novodzhambul Phosphorus Plant LLP, is a Member of the Board of Directors at Kazphosphate LLP, and is a Co-founder and Managing Partner of Resources Capital Group LLP.

Rustem Ospanov is a graduate of Warwick Business School and Imperial College Business School.
