Evgeniy Khurmatullin

Evgeniy Khurmatullin has been the Head of the Maintenance and Repair Department at VR Management since 2023. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the control, organization, and transformation of the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) function at project enterprises. Previously, he worked at Ernst & Young, one of the Big Four audit firms, where he specialized in maintenance and repair consulting. With over 10 years of experience, Evgeniy has successfully implemented lean manufacturing initiatives and led projects to improve equipment reliability, contributing to the development of loss-free production systems in the metallurgical and processing industries, as well as in tobacco production, with companies such as ArcelorMittal and Philip Morris. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karaganda Technical University.
