Oleg Pavlenko

Oleg Pavlenko is an Expert Miner at VR Management, where he specializes in overseeing the activities of the mining block. His responsibilities include verifying technical and technological solutions for capital mining, as well as assessing and analyzing technical decisions related to preparatory and production work. With more than 10 years of experience in subsoil use and mining—spanning design, consulting, and operations—Oleg brings significant expertise to his role. He holds a bachelor's degree in Mining and a master's degree in Economics and Business, specializing in Project Management, from KazNTU named after K.I. Satpayev. Oleg is also recognized as a certified engineering and technical professional, holding the designation of Chief Project Engineer.
