Murat Myktybaev

Murat Myktybaev serves as the Head of Operational Efficiency at VR Management, where he focuses on the methodology and implementation of projects aimed at optimizing and transforming business processes. He has extensive experience in business process optimization and project management within the mining sector. Before joining VR Management, Murat held leadership positions at several prominent companies, including Eurasian Resources Group (ERG), Korn Ferry Hay Group, NK Kazmunaigas, Kazakhmys Corporation, and Monitor Deloitte. He earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA in Finance) from the University of Missouri in the USA and is an Edmund Muskie Graduate Fellow.
