Roman Belousov

Roman Belousov has served as the Head of PMO at VR Management since 2021, where he oversees the complete management of investment activities at mining enterprises, project portfolio management, and transformation initiatives. He has extensive experience in leadership roles within the mining sector and has frequently acted as a crisis manager on various projects. Roman graduated with honors from KazNTU named after K.I. Satpayev with a degree in Metallurgy and also earned a degree in Management from East Kazakhstan State Technical University named after D. Serikbayev. Additionally, he holds an international MBA diploma from EDLEA & ELBA.
